INTRODUCTION

Little steps is a blog that can help us to learn how to teach English in more effective ways. We all know that teaching it’s a very complex process in which are involved teachers and students; in others words teaching is an academic process in which students are motivated to learn. That is to say that teaching elevates students to a level where they learn deeply and remarkably. This blog it’s about our own teaching experiences with kindergarten students, how to adapt our own personal style of teaching to their needs, regard our short and long term goals as elt practitioners and also the most significant strategies in teaching. Little steps blog give us the tools to become a good teacher. Those tools are: personal own experiences with kindergartens, it helps us to develop our abilities and attitudes, also to create a positive rapport with student and good atmosphere in the classroom. We can say that it’s important to take into a count that not all children learn in the same way and some topic could result complicated for them; we have to teach them with little steps for the benefits of their learning and that is why we decided to called our blog little steps because we have to teach step by step. In addition the role the teachers play in this process is to give the students knowledge, the skills and capacities that they need, providing a setting in which the students play an active, inquiring role in their learning. Thus teachers act as guides, coaches, mentors, and advisors, building bridges between their students' individual interests and understandings and the common skills and knowledge.
